Weather update for the morning of June 18, 2013: Clear skies across the state this morning.  A very pleasant start to what will ultimately be a hot and windy afternoon.  Temperatures this morning are in the fifties and sixties.

Forecast for Today & Tonight: The big issue for today is really going to be wind.  The temperatures have climbed and today we expect the southwest winds to kick-up ahead of a cold front that will arrive around six o-clock tonight.  It's very dry across the state and we don't expect rain.  A Red Flag Warning goes into effect at noon.  That will be in place until at least tomorrow night.  Valleys will be in the high nineties for northern Utah.  We expect 100-degrees for St. George.
